Welcome to RMDC Fin Serv. By accessing and using our website or services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are in accordance with Indian laws, including but not limited to the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and other relevant laws applicable to financial services.

  1. General

1.1. RMDC Fin Serv operates as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) authorized by Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to facilitate loan services for potential customers.
1.2. RMDC Fin Serv does not provide loans directly. All loans are sanctioned and disbursed solely by the partnered NBFCs, subject to their policies and approval processes.

  1. Scope of Services

2.1. Our role is limited to introducing customers to NBFCs and assisting with loan application submissions.
2.2. We do not guarantee loan approval, disbursal, or specific terms, as these are at the sole discretion of the NBFC.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

3.1. Customers must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation during the loan application process.
3.2. Customers must comply with the terms and conditions of the NBFC for loan approval, repayment, and other obligations.
3.3. Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the loan agreement before signing it with the NBFC.

  1. Disclaimer of Liability

4.1. RMDC Fin Serv is not liable for any delays, rejections, or disputes arising from the loan application process or decisions made by the NBFC.
4.2. RMDC Fin Serv does not assume any financial risk or liability related to loan disbursal, repayment, or default by the customer.
4.3. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by NBFCs regarding their loan products or services.

  1. Fees and Charges

5.1. RMDC Fin Serv does not charge customers any upfront fee for its services. However, any fees charged by the NBFC for processing loans must be paid directly to the NBFC.
5.2. RMDC Fin Serv is not responsible for refunding any fees paid to the NBFC.

  1. Data Protection

6.1. Customer information provided during the loan application process will be shared with the partnered NBFCs in compliance with applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its rules.
6.2. RMDC Fin Serv ensures that customer data is handled securely and only for the purpose of facilitating loan services.

  1. Indemnity

Customers agree to indemnify and hold RMDC Fin Serv harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of our services, submission of incorrect information, or breach of NBFC loan agreements.

  1. Legal Compliance

8.1. All services are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
8.2. Customers must comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations during the loan process.

  1. Amendments

RMDC Fin Serv reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers are advised to review this section regularly to stay informed of updates.

  1. Acceptance

By using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Declaration

By accessing and using the services of RMDC Fin Serv, I, the customer, hereby declare that:

  1. I have provided accurate and complete information to the best of my knowledge for the purpose of loan application and processing.
  2. I understand that RMDC Fin Serv is a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and not a lender, and all decisions related to loan approval, terms, and disbursement are made solely by the partnered NBFCs.
  3. I acknowledge that RMDC Fin Serv does not charge any upfront fee for its services and does not guarantee loan approval or disbursal.
  4. I take full responsibility for reviewing and understanding the terms and conditions of the NBFC before agreeing to a loan agreement.
  5. I will not hold RMDC Fin Serv liable for any losses, disputes, or damages arising from the loan process, including rejection, delays, or default.
  6. I am aware that all fees and charges applicable to the loan are determined by the NBFC and must be paid as per their policies.
  7. I agree to indemnify RMDC Fin Serv from any legal or financial consequences resulting from misrepresentation, incomplete documentation, or non-compliance with NBFC loan agreements.

By proceeding with the use of RMDC Fin Serv’s platform or services, I confirm my acceptance of the above declaration and the Terms and Conditions outlined on this website.
